Working with a number of their branches across the South East of the UK and London, providing domestic and commercial EPCs to their clients.  We have also completed some TM44 Air Conditioning Reports for a few of their offices.

 

 We have been working with BEC for over four years, providing compliance documentation for all of their major building projects.  Some of the services provided include
Part L Compliance, SAPs, Thermal Modelling and Heating & Cooling Load Calculations.

PRP Architects have been a client of ours for over 5 years.  We have assisted with many services including Display Energy Certificates, Commercial Part L Compliance, Thermal Modelling and SAPs.

Assisting Mendick Waring with their compliance needs across the South of England, providing mainly SAPs for large scale projects.

 

Under new guidelines, we have assisted with many doctors surgery’s with their Display Energy Certificate obligations.  We have also provided over 100 Commercial EPCs including three Level 5 EPCs  in order to assist with the sale of various NHS buildings across London.

 We have been working with Bracketts, a local commercial agent for over six years, providing various commercial EPCs to local buildings in Kent.

 

GreenFish Consulting have been servicing some of the London and Oxford Offices for Carter Jonas LLP for over four years, providing Commercial EPCs for various offices, retail units and warehouses.

Assisting a 3rd party consultancy company by providing over 50 TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections for BP’s forecourts across the UK.

 

  Providing domestic EPCs for void and exchange properties on a weekly basis across West Kent.

Over a three year contract, we provided Display Energy Certificates for various Leisure Centres on an annual basis.  We also undertook various TM44 Air Conditioning Reports for various buildings owned by MyTime Active.

We were instructed to undertake over 40 Energy Audits and DECs on various council owned buildings across Lewisham in London.
