new on our 50 acre industrial estate.
Your company has provided EPC’s along with certain advice and continue to help us as
an ongoing project. As you know the regulations for all commercial building regulations
are changing in 2018 and I want to make sure that our properties comply with the same,
and with the help of Greenfish giving us advice and recommendations to improve EPC
ratings it will save me and my tenants money in the future as well as helping with
government carbon targets
